To strengthen our company, we are looking for a full-time: Field Service Engineer Mechanical

Your talent:

Problem-solving ability as well as a result- and customer-oriented attitude describe you as a person. You work in a structured manner and have strong communication skills. You enjoy traveling extensively for your work. Additionally, you possess:

• A completed education in MBO/HBO WTB (or similar);
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position is a must;
• Experience or affinity with hydraulic systems and drive technologies;
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• Electrotechnical knowledge (plus).

Main tasks:

• Performing service on thrusters according to established guidelines and procedures:
• Inquiring with the customer regarding the nature of the malfunction;
• Resolving malfunctions through inspection, repair, or replacement of parts;
• Supporting and advising the customer during service;
• Reporting identified problems and performed activities by means of service, test, and weekly reports;
• Performing activities in the service workshop and/or activities in production if the planning requires it;
