Logistics Planner (m/f/d) wanted in Kreuztal!

Tasks

• Ensuring optimal order & call-off processing and delivery date coordination with OEM
• Maintenance of sales master data, maintenance of customer portals & SOP/EOP control
• Monitoring of confirmed delivery dates and delivery quantities
• Actively supporting and successfully implementing new projects
• Analyzing customer supplier evaluations and developing measures for improvement
• Monitoring of contractual agreements, such as compliance with capacity limits, the agreed Frozen Zone, and the agreed material & production releases
• Building and maintaining customer relationships; handling customer complaints
• Support in container management

Profile

• At least a successfully completed commercial vocational training with experience in logistics; further training as a Logistik-Fachwirt or comparable is desirable
• SAP knowledge (modules MM/PP)
• good English in speaking and writing is mandatory
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Hands-on mentality • resilience & stress resistance
