Nurse Specialist
Responsibilities: Provide first aid and basic nursing care to employees, students, visitors, and faculty members.
Assess patients’ health conditions and determine the appropriate level of care.
Monitor vital signs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate first aid when required.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with approved medical instructions and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all clinic visits and treatments.
Refer patients to hospitals, physicians, or specialized medical services when necessary.
Follow up on patients’ conditions and provide appropriate health guidance.
Maintain adequate stocks of medicines, medical supplies, and first-aid materials and report shortages when needed.
Ensure that medical equipment is properly maintained, clean, and ready for use.
Support health and wellness awareness activities and provide basic health education.
Ensure compliance with infection control, health, safety, and clinic procedures .
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.
Coordinate with the clinic physician and other healthcare providers regarding patient care.
Prepare and submit medical and clinic-related reports as required.
Handle medical information with strict confidentiality and professionalism .
Perform other nursing and clinic-related duties as assigned.
Education & Professional Background: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science.
infection control diploma is a plus
Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience at emergencies and ICUs
Required, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: English and Arabic Proficiency.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with high-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with event management
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and deal with adhoc crisis .
