Your tasks

• Operational purchasing & procurement: Independent order processing for external processing processes (turning, milling, hardening, coating) as well as drawing parts based on SAP requirements and technical documentation
• Monitoring and tracking of delivery dates
• Coordination and control of all material provisions
• Daily coordination with production planning regarding production capacity utilization
• Provision and maintenance of technical documentation (drawings, CAD data, processing instructions)
• Close cooperation with AV, design, logistics, and QM
• Processing of complaints and organization of returns
• Maintenance of delivery date-relevant data and ensuring a complete document flow
• General tasks: Order processing, material availability, support in supply chain optimization, further development of internal processes, supplier evaluation tasks to be further formulated

Requirements

• Completed technical degree (mechanical engineering, materials science, process engineering) or comparable qualification
• Confident handling of technical drawings and bills of materials
• Good knowledge of typical manufacturing processes in mechanical engineering (mechanical processing, surface and heat treatment)
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of materials management is an advantage profile to be sharpened
