Requirements
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, in 5* hotels
- Degree from a School of Tourism Professions
- Good knowledge of English (spoken)
- Good knowledge of a second foreign language (German, French) will be considered an additional asset
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, email, internet)
- Knowledge of food and beverage cost management
- Knowledge of culinary arts
- Knowledge of buffet presentation
- Knowledge of banqueting
- Ability to make decisions and take action to achieve financial goals
- Experience in managing customer complaints
- Experience in staff training and evaluation
