AI Consultant Trainee

ZEUS Consulting offers a 6-month internship and professional training position for young individuals wishing to evolve into the new specialty of AI Consultant.

We are not looking for someone who already knows everything about Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for a person with the willingness to learn, to experiment, and to work on real AI applications.

During the 6 months, the trainee will participate in real ZEUS Consulting projects and will receive practical training in topics such as:

  • Use of modern Generative AI tools and Large Language Models,
  • AI assistants, AI agents, and business process automation,
  • Prompt engineering and AI workflows design,
  • AI applications in businesses and organizations,
  • Business needs analysis and AI solutions design,
  • AI governance, responsible AI, and basic requirements of the EU AI Act,
  • Preparation of presentations, reports, and AI proposals for clients,
  • Participation in European and research projects related to Artificial Intelligence.

Goal of the program

The goal is not a typical internship.

The goal is, within 6 months of intensive training and real professional experience, for the participant to acquire the knowledge and skills required to work as an AI Consultant.

Upon successful completion and evaluation of the program, there is the possibility of immediate professional collaboration with ZEUS Consulting as an AI Consultant.

Required Qualifications:

  • Student, final-year student, or recent graduate from a University/TEI or equivalent educational institution.
  • Very good computer skills and familiarity with modern digital applications.
  • Good knowledge of English, especially at a written level.
  • Ability to research, analyze information, and draft short professional texts.
  • Analytical and synthetic thinking.
  • Responsibility, consistency, and willingness for continuous learning.
  • Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in business.

Previous professional experience in AI is not required.
