For a major player in food distribution in Île-de-France, we are looking for a transition manager to lead an automated order preparation activity. You will supervise the performance of a WMS/mechanized system, the on-site maintenance provider, and operational teams. The mission includes performance analysis, troubleshooting, management, and the progressive structuring of the position.

Position 100% on-site, southern Île-de-France.

• Scope: grocery only (no fresh or ultra-fresh)
• Steering the provider Witron
• Team management: 25 on the provider side, 36 internal
• Training the person selected to take over the position on a permanent contract (CDI)

Expected profile: experience in automated logistics, strong appetite for systems and data, field management, and the ability to evolve in an entrepreneurial and direct environment.
