Context: As part of a strategic transformation project, our client is looking for a Product Owner / Techno-Functional Project Manager (M/F) to support the migration of a software. The project evolves in a complex, multi-team environment. The role sits at the crossroads of Product Ownership and Project Management, with a strong dimension of coordination, structuring, and change management support.
Objective: Drive the software migration as a whole, coordinate the various workstreams, and engage teams in the implementation of new processes and tools. The ideal profile must be pragmatic, operational, and action-oriented, comfortable in an evolving environment subject to changing priorities.

- Drive the migration project in its entirety
- Structure the backlog and prioritize topics in a multi-team environment
- Coordinate the different streams and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Write user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Simplify and structure complex issues
- Identify and report risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Facilitate project/agile rituals and monitor progress, quality, and commitments
- Facilitate arbitration and secure decision-making
- Manage the testing and validation phases of deliverables
- Support change management and team training on new tools and processes
- Ensure clear and concise reporting to stakeholders and steering committees
- Contribute to securing delivery with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach
Profile Sought:

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner, Project Lead, or Project Manager, ideally in complex and multi-team environments
- Experience in system migration / transformation projects
- Techno-functional profile, capable of understanding IT issues, dependencies, and impacts without necessarily being a technical expert
- Mastery of project / backlog management tools such as Jira / Confluence
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and simplification skills
- Ability to engage teams, build consensus, and create a relationship of trust
- Pragmatic, reliable, rigorous, and action-oriented profile
- Comfortable with changing priorities, pressure, and transforming environments
- Interest in training and change management support
- Fluent / professional English is essential
