Logistics Executive

Coordinate international shipments and delivery schedules.

Follow up on import documentation (CI, PL, AWB, COO, etc.).

Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.

Follow up on customs clearance and shipment status.

Track clearance progress and report any delays or issues.

Maintain logistics records and coordinate with internal departments

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, import, export, or shipping coordination.

Very Good English and communication skills.

Experience in industrial equipment or engineering companies is a plus.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Attention to detail.

Ability to organize multiple shipments simultaneously.

Problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work under deadlines
