HR Business Partner Group Functions (m/f/d) (HR Specialist)

In the HR Business Partnering Group Functions department of Zeppelin GmbH at the Garching location near Munich, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

What you are looking forward to:

As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are right in the middle of the action rather than just being present: You accompany a defined area of the Group Functions in a phase where both the business and the HR organization itself are repositioning. In doing so, you actively shape the change – not only in the organization but also in the way HR collaborates and creates value.

You are a sparring partner for executives at the Group level and combine a strategic perspective with operational implementation strength. At the same time, you work closely with the newly emerging HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations and help to bring this structure to life and anchor it effectively.

Your focus will be particularly on:

• Active accompaniment of transformation and change processes in the business

• Strategic and at the same time pragmatic HR consulting for executives

• Translation of global HR concepts into effective, tailor-made local solutions - e.g., in the areas of Performance, Organization, and Talent Management

• Close cooperation with the Centers of Excellence and HR Operations in building a modern HR structure

What we are looking for:

• Completed studies, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Economics, or Social Sciences

• Several years of experience in the HR field, especially in HR Business Partnering

• Very good English skills

• Enjoyment in actively shaping transformation phases as well as a sense for business dynamics and organizational changes

• Ability to think strategically and implement pragmatically at the same time

• Confident handling of demanding stakeholders in a corporate and international environment

• Good knowledge of labor law as well as central HR instruments and systems (e.g., Workday, SAP)

• Clear communication, reliability, and a solution-oriented hands-on mentality
