Zeppelin Cat is looking for a Warranty Specialist for Landvetter

About the position

We are looking for a Warranty Specialist for our warranty department. You will work with driving and following up on warranty cases according to established processes and will be an important link between the service organization, Caterpillar, and external suppliers. The focus is on quality, dialogue, and creating the conditions for smooth and efficient warranty management.

The role reports to Technical Manager and is located in Landvetter.

The work includes, among other things:

• Create and drive warranty cases towards Caterpillar and other suppliers.
• Plan and conduct internal warranty audits.
• Support and provide professional advice to the service organization.
• Analyze and quality assure diagnostic data in the CAT systems to validate causes of failure in accordance with Caterpillar's guidelines.
• Design and conduct internal training.
• Collaborate and maintain effective communication with both internal functions and external suppliers.

Your background:

• Experience in warranty management or alternatively service of vehicles, machines, or equipment (e.g., construction, passenger cars, marine applications, or heavy vehicles).
• Technical understanding and a good ability to familiarize yourself with complex mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
• Good financial and administrative understanding, with a high focus on accuracy and structure.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
