Marketplace Executive

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive to support the management and growth of our online marketplace operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, coordinating promotional activities, monitoring marketplace performance, and ensuring product information remains accurate across our online sales channels. Key Responsibilities • Create, review, and maintain product listings across online marketplaces. • Ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. • Monitor marketplace orders and coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams. • Support marketplace promotions, campaigns, and new product launches. • Monitor product and category performance and prepare regular reports. • Conduct competitor and marketplace research. • Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and conversion. • Coordinate inventory availability with relevant departments. • Maintain accurate marketplace records and documentation. • Support improvements to marketplace processes and performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be commercially aware, analytical, organized, and comfortable working with online marketplace platforms. Candidate Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Previous experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations is preferred. • Good understanding of online retail and digital marketplaces. • Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Good written and verbal English communication. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple products and priorities.
