Social Media Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage social media marketing strategies on platforms including: TikTok,  Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B social media platforms Create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging short videos to showcase: Our factory, Manufacturing processes, Product features, customer cases, company advantages Build brand awareness and attract potential international customers through organic traffic and paid promotion.

Generate qualified leads from social media platforms and guide potential customers to communicate through WhatsApp.

Follow up with leads, analyze customer interests, and optimize content strategies to improve conversion rates.

Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the global electrical and hardware industries.

Track social media performance, analyze data, and continuously improve marketing results.

Requirements:

Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.

Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn content operations and algorithm trends.

Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and content planning.

Ability to create attractive marketing content independently.

Understanding of overseas B2B marketing and lead generation is a plus.

Experience with industrial products, electrical products, transformers, hardware, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

English communication skills are required.
