MULTI-SKILLED RECEPTIONIST IN APPARTHOTEL (M/F)

The residence Comfort Aparthotel Aix-en-Provence Le Tholonet is looking for a Multi-skilled Receptionist to start as soon as possible! Join a serious group that doesn't take itself too seriously! The Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences group is the story of two brothers who one day decided to combine their skills to start their own company. Known under the brands Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences, Comfort Aparthotel, Clarion Aparthotel, and Ascend Hotel Collection, we offer flexible stays adapted to professionals, families, and students, for short or long durations to meet all your needs, everywhere in mainland France and in Guadeloupe. The missions:

• Welcome guests with professionalism and good humor
• Ensure billing, guest payments, and check-in / check-out in a rigorous manner
• Listen to guest requests and provide information on tourism in the region
• Build guest loyalty
• Maintain cash control
• Perform daily opening as well as closing
• Ensure breakfast service
• Occasional cleaning
• Accomplish various administrative tasks to assist the Site Director
• Participate in the life of the residence

The profile sought: We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled person having a sense of initiative and team spirit. You are rigorous and smiling, and you have significant experience in the hotel or tourism sector and, if possible, have already worked on a PMS software. You master English (ideally a third language: Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish would be a plus).
