Receptionist (M/F)

Our establishment Zenitude Juvignac **** is looking for its future rotating receptionist in CDI. Our establishment, composed of 23 rooms, a restaurant, and a spa, offers a serene working environment.

Your missions:

Welcome customers Provide information and advice to guests during their stay Handle telephone reception Manage reservations, availability, and apartment allocation Handle billing and customer payments upon arrival Ensure cash register security and fund control Ensure the daily closing of the establishment Participate in customer loyalty and ensure a good image of the Zenitude brand Handle orders and follow up on deliveries Ensure the durability of the residence equipment and the safety of property and people within the hotel

Ideally, you have at least one significant experience as a receptionist within a hotel establishment.

You have a bilingual level of English and mastery of a third language (Spanish) is strongly advised. You have a sense of communication, reactivity, and rigor.

You have a professional presentation and very good elocution, you are dynamic, and you are able to adapt.

Your sense of service, your enthusiasm, and your organizational skills are assets that will help you successfully carry out your missions.

This is a rotating receptionist position, so night shifts will need to be performed.
