Hotel Receptionist (M/F)

Our Zenitude residence is recruiting, as part of a replacement, a hotel receptionist to strengthen its team starting from We are looking for a dynamic and willing profile, with good interpersonal skills, in order to welcome and guide our international clientele. You may also be required to set up breakfasts. CDD (Fixed-term contract) as part of a sick leave replacement with an uncertain end date

Missions: Under the authority of our Head Receptionist, the employee shall notably:

• Welcome, inform, and advise the clientele
• Ensure operations related to the arrival and departure of the client
• Contribute to the quality of welcome and stay
• Propose and sell products
• Record reservations
• Collect payments for stay invoices
• Perform administrative follow-up of operations related to accommodation

An experienced profile would be welcome, but we are also open to beginner profiles, provided that the candidate is motivated and wishes to discover a new profession by putting in the effort.

Salary conditions:

• 35h / week
• 2 days off / week
• Remuneration: 12.50€/h
• Meal allowance (4.22€/worked day)
• Morning or evening shift (one week out of two), day shift with a break between 12pm and 2pm on weekends
• Start of shift at 6:45am to 2pm or 2pm to 7pm
