System Engineer (IT Infrastructure & Network Security) | Contract

Job Summary Responsible for providing system engineering, IT infrastructure, network security, and project support services to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient system operations. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, Windows/Linux operating systems, storage, and IT infrastructure.

Configure and support network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls from Cisco, Huawei, and other vendors.

Perform system and network hardening, cybersecurity assessments, and support VAPT activities.

Support system installation, integration, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and deployment.

Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved problems when necessary.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and test reports.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams on technical matters.

Provide on-site engineering support and technical demonstrations when required.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in system administration, networking, and IT infrastructure support.

Knowledge of Windows/Linux, network devices, and cybersecurity practices.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, excluding Singapore Public Holidays. Work Location: Client's office, customer sites, and project locations as required. Budget: 6,000 - 7,800 per month
