Job Summary
Support the Cluster Head and programme managers in the Medical Cluster by managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth delivery of digital medical projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform secretariat duties for meetings chaired by the Cluster Head, including booking rooms, confirming agendas, recording minutes, and following up on outstanding action items with members
- Manage project administration for Cluster programs by coordinating project planning activities, scheduling meetings, and maintaining up-to-date project timelines
- Track and report on project budgets and costs to support financial oversight and resource allocation
- Organize and maintain project documentation by tracking, filing, and ensuring accessibility of required documents
- Monitor project performance and risks by collecting data and updating relevant tracking tools to support risk mitigation and project success
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- IT background preferred to support digital medical projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to produce reports, presentations, and documentation
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate project activities
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
