Mortgage Recovery Manager

Your tasks

• Be a fundamental part of strategic decision-making for mortgage portfolio recovery. Main responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise the administration and collection activities of mortgage loans. Develop recovery strategies to maximize the profitability of assigned portfolios. Negotiate with clients and external parties to expedite collection processes and meet established goals. Lead and motivate a team of executives, promoting their professional development. Participate in portfolio review and sale processes, collaborating with key areas of the company. Analyze and propose improvements in internal processes to optimize resources and results.
• What do we offer? Monthly base salary: $35,000 to $40,000 pesos. Annual bonus of up to 12 months calculated based on the fulfillment of portfolio recovery goals, payable quarterly. Parking. Life insurance. Major medical expenses insurance. 30 days of aguinaldo. 6 days of vacation starting from the sixth month.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 18:00 hrs, 1.5 hrs. for lunch, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30 hrs.
• What are we looking for? Completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum of 4 years of experience in portfolio recovery in the financial sector. Proven leadership and team management skills. Solid knowledge of financial indicators, economic projections, and legal terminology. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Office. Conversational business English. Availability to travel.
