Scrum Master - Mission in Essonne (M/F)

We recruit profiles (junior to senior) all year round who are capable of facilitating execution and improving operational performance for our clients. You will intervene in various contexts (process, project or product, Agile, predictive or hybrid) with a simple objective: to sustainably increase the ability to deliver value by making progress reliable, legible, and manageable.

We are actively looking for an experienced Scrum Master (more than 3 years of experience) for one of our clients located in Essonne. Our premises are located in the République district in Paris XI.

Your missions

What you will do (depending on your level of experience)

• Structure execution: action plan, milestones, prioritization, monitoring of commitments, management of dependencies, risks and irritants, monitoring of capacity and budget trajectory, and securing trade-offs (scope/deadlines/resources).
• Implement factual steering: define and ensure the reliability of performance and value indicators, produce useful reporting, analyze variances, alert, propose scenarios and actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate useful governance: decision-oriented progress meetings, prioritization, multi-stakeholder synchronization, monitoring of actions and commitments, preparation of trade-offs, clear and structured communication.
• Evolve the framework (continuous improvement / Lean): perform performance diagnostics, analyze flows and causes, reduce waste, improve processes, stabilize quality, increase predictability, and measure the impact of improvements over time.

Key skills (the core of the profession)

• Execution steering: planning, monitoring, trade-offs, risk and dependency management.
• Process improvement: field observation, root cause analysis, problem-solving, standardization, waste reduction, flow improvement.
• Culture of measurement: defining relevant objectives and indicators (OKR, KPI), ensuring data reliability, reading and explaining results.
• Budgetary steering: monitoring consumed VS planned, forecast, deviation alerts, ability to challenge a trajectory and trade-offs.
• Project / product / service frameworks: understanding of the main models (predictive, agility, agility at scale, product operating model, design thinking) and ability to adapt without dogmatism.
• Communication & facilitation: structuring, synthesis, ability to drive convergence toward a decision.

Your skills

Profile sought (single announcement, multiple levels)

• Experienced: autonomy over a scope (team/multi-teams): governance, steering, deployment.
• English: B2 minimum (written and oral).

• Contract: CDI
• Location: client site in Essonne + access to our offices (Paris 11e)
• Remote work: 3 days on-site at the client per week + 1 day per month in the Zen Value Paris premises
• Remuneration: 47 to 67 K€ gross annual fixed depending on seniority + participation + individual variable
