Senior IT Executive (1 year contract convertible to perm)

Basic information: Mon-Fri, 830-530PM

Basic up to $6,000

Location: Commonwealth MRT

Job scope: Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, network, and user issues. Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, and basic network connectivity. Manage basic Active Directory functions, user accounts, access permissions, and passwords. Assist with Sophos Firewall administration and troubleshooting. Set up, deploy, maintain, and track IT equipment and inventory. Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, warranties, and support. Support employee onboarding/offboarding and escalate complex issues when required. Maintain basic IT documentation and ensure systems remain operational. Technical Skills TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking. Sophos Firewall and Active Directory. Windows, hardware, printer, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting. IT security, equipment deployment, procurement, and vendor coordination.
