Applications Engineer (Entry-Level)

Your tasks

• Develop technical solutions tailored to customer requirements and conduct feasibility assessments to validate applications.
• Provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, and ongoing support to customers and internal teams.
• Perform product testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct root cause analysis to improve product reliability.
• Manage warranty claims, investigate product quality issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with manufacturers and principals on technical issues and product improvements.
• Support sales teams with technical expertise, presentations, and product recommendations to drive business growth.
• Conduct product training and share technical knowledge with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma and above in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or Mechatronics relevant field.
