Accountant

Basic information: Location: Bendemeer - East

Salary UP $5,000

Manufacturing Industry (MNC)

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities Handle full Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

Maintain a full set of accounts, including fixed asset management.

Prepare monthly management and financial reports within strict deadlines.

Manage quarterly GST reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Liaise with tax agents and auditors for timely tax submissions and financial audits.

Perform ad-hoc accounting duties and other responsibilities assigned by the Manager.

Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA)

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in full set accounting.

With MNC background will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and GST/tax regulations.

Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

Good communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly closing deadlines.

Able to handle stress and deliver tasks within deadlines.

Ability to converse in Japanese to communicate with Japanese-speaking colleagues and HQ is an added advantage.
