CONSULTANT

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering professional trainingprogrammes to our business partners and clients, while supporting thedevelopment of long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Conduct professional training and workshops for business partners and clients. Develop and customise training content based on clients’ needs and requirements. Demonstrate products, treatments, techniques and best practices during training sessions. Assess trainees’ understanding and provide practical guidance and feedback. Coordinate training schedules and work closely with clients to ensure smooth training delivery. Provide product knowledge, operational guidance and post-training support to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify opportunities for additional training and business collaboration. Keep updated on industry trends, techniques and product knowledge. Requirements Experience in training, beauty, wellness, aesthetics, retail or a related industry. Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable conducting training for individuals and groups. Able to customise training according to different client requirements. Confident, professional and service-oriented. Willing to travel to client locations when required. Previous experience working with business clients or conducting professional training will be an advantage.
