Breakfast Service (m/f/d) - our sunshine in the morning (Service Staff - Gastronomy and Hospitality)

As breakfast service, you are there for our guests early in the morning with the best mood. You look after our regional, rich breakfast buffet and pamper our guests from start to finish. Fragrant waffles, sliced ham on Berkel slicing machines, Fair-Trade coffee, freshly prepared egg dishes, and an exclusive tea selection – all of this is your daily bread in an exciting, varied area of responsibility.

Your tasks

• Setting up, taking down, and replenishing the breakfast buffet
• Mise-en-place, setting tables, preparation of tablecloths and cutlery
• Service activities
• Preparation of fresh egg dishes
• Carrying out smooth and high-quality guest service
• Check out of guests including invoice creation
• Passing on orders to the breakfast kitchen
• Maintenance of coffee machines and the juice bar
• Sale of butchery products including packaging and labeling
• Compliance with order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the station
• Cleaning tables and the restaurant after breakfast and preparing them for the following shift

Your profile

• Completed training as a Restaurantfachmann/-frau or career changer in gastronomy with service experience
• Your heart beats for gastronomy and you always have an open ear for the wishes of your guests.
• You are an organizational talent, strong in communication, and keep a cool head even under pressure.
• You are guest-oriented, reliable, and a team player.
• You have a sympathetic, open appearance and are constantly friendly and attentive.
• You have basic knowledge of the foreign language English.
