Ihre Rolle

Develop digital processes for the evaluation and optimization of optical components

Implement fully automated solutions in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment

Introduce processes into production, provide ongoing support and contribute to the approval and release of development results

Take technical responsibility for the entire process chain and ensure an overarching view of interdependencies and interfaces

Lead smaller projects and coordinate expert teams

Ihr Profil

An outstanding university degree in a STEM field

Excellent programming skills, including modern software architecture, ideally combined with experience in larger software development projects

Knowledge of technical optics and optical metrology is an advantage

Strong customer and manufacturing orientation combined with a high degree of creativity, perseverance and initiative

A confident professional manner, excellent negotiation skills and a structured, team-oriented approach

Business-fluent German and English
