Your role

Seeing beyond - future of medical technology

Based in Dubai , you will combine clinical application expertise with strategic practice development to improve patient journeys, strengthen customer capabilities and drive the sustainable adoption and growth of ZEISS refractive solutions across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region .

You will conduct structured clinic audits covering the entire patient journey, conversion funnel and relevant clinical and operational workflows

You will develop customized practice growth plans with clearly defined KPIs and measurable outcomes and implement regional Practice Development Consulting (PDC) strategies together with the country teams

You will drive end-to-end conversion improvements, from initial patient leads to surgery, and increase procedure volumes by optimizing device utilization

You will design and deliver training programs, presentations, wet labs and hands-on sessions for users, counsellors, optometrists, call centre teams and other relevant stakeholders

You will provide clinical application support in close cooperation with local partners and train, mentor and support Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) to achieve excellent clinical outcomes

You will develop in-clinic tools, consultation scripts and educational materials and support the implementation of global guidelines and onboarding processes at country level

You will consistently track and report regional KPIs, including procedure volumes, device utilization, procedure adoption, conversion rates and the quality of application support

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Clinical Application and PDC teams and support regional customer activities, sales events, trade shows and demonstration projects

Your profile

You hold a university degree in business, optometry, health sciences, healthcare management, medical engineering or a comparable field.

You bring several years of relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, ophthalmology or clinic and practice management

You have proven experience in at least one of the following areas: practice development or clinic consulting, clinical application support, sales enablement, commercial excellence, patient journey management or customer experience

You understand clinical and commercial workflows and can translate your findings into practical growth plans with measurable results.

You have experience in training, coaching and capability building for frontline teams in both individual and group settings

You combine a strong customer focus with excellent communication, presentation, consulting and reporting skills

You are fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic, French or other regional language skills are an advantage

Certifications or additional training in coaching, consulting or customer experience are an advantage

You are willing to travel frequently throughout the MEA region and internationally
