Your role
Translate ZEISS Solution Partner Programme strategy into actionable work packages, documentation, and implementation plans, converting business goals into clear, market-impacting objectives and brand consistency.
Prepare analyses, inputs, and status overviews to inform strategic decisions on partner benefits, segmentation, requirements, and program priorities.
Gather and structure input from partners, markets, and internal stakeholders to define objectives, eligibility criteria, certification needs, customer experience standards, and reporting obligations.
Maintain program roadmaps, milestones, action logs, success metrics, and implementation priorities in collaboration with the Head of ZEISS Partner Performance.
Coordinate inputs across Product Management, Marketing, Service, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Regulatory, Operations, and regions to assess feasibility, adoption, and execution; monitor performance and suggest improvements.
Design, roll out, and document standardized ZEISS Solution Partner Programme processes, including end-to-end onboarding, performance management, renewals, offboarding, SOPs, templates, training, and decision support.
Develop and apply partner selection criteria and evaluation frameworks; manage joint value propositions, governance, due diligence, and continuous improvement, ensuring brand, product quality, and customer experience standards across partners.
Your profile
Completed university degree in business management, project management or related field
Advanced experience in product/business development, strategic management, project management or related field in an international environment; experience in channel/partner management is a plus
Experience with stage-gate processes, controlled documentation systems (e.g. QMS), and medical devices
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with business stakeholders
Excellent presentation expertise with the ability to simplify complex processes and train stakeholders accordingly
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining high work standards and quality
Fluent in English; an additional language is an asset for communication in diverse markets
