Application Manager Sales (SAP S4/HANA SD) (all genders) 100%

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Managing the SAP S/4HANA Sales application area (SD) and ensuring its reliable day\-to\-day operation.
• Ensuring system consistency and functionality, including dependencies and interfaces with other applications, both during rollouts and in daily operations.
• Supporting and optimizing end\-to\-end SAP Sales processes across the entire order\-to\-cash process.
• Providing third\-level support and resolving complex application-related incidents.
• Evaluating change requests regarding feasibility, risks and process and functional standardization.
• Preparing technical specifications and implementing functional changes based on approved change requests from Global Process Owners.
• Customizing the system and maintaining the relevant documentation.
• Preparing and performing functional unit tests, training key users and driving continuous system and process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A university or university of applied sciences degree in IT, business administration or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in SAP Sales and Customer Service applications (SD/CS).
• Good knowledge of integrated, cross\-functional SAP processes.
• ABAP and debugging knowledge is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, particularly during rollout projects.
• Fluency in English; German or French is an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset and strong professional communication skills.
