Technical Field Service Representative (m/f/d) – Baden-Württemberg Region (North) (Field Service Representative)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for direct sales and co-management of regional dealers
• Proactive support and expansion of the existing customer base according to the corporate strategy
• Customer acquisition as well as conducting sales negotiations
• Processing customer inquiries from initial customer contact to contract conclusion
• Technical service and consulting for various customers on-site
• Trade fair activities within Germany

Your qualification:

• Ideally Master Craftsman/Technician (m/f/d) in the field of mechanical engineering or a comparable technically sound vocational or further training
• Detailed knowledge in machining technology
• Proficient in using MS-Office and ideally CRM and/or SAP
• You have already been able to gain initial experience in sales
• Strong sales and negotiation skills paired with an affinity for sales
• Strong communication skills in connection with a structured and result-oriented way of working
• You possess a high level of commitment and willingness to travel and are located near the sales area with the postal codes 68-69, 74-76. Optionally, the postal code areas 67 (RLP) and 64 (South Hesse) could be co-managed.
• English skills in spoken and written form at B2 level
