You will be responsible for planning complex services, coordinating internal and external processes, and ensuring that everything is implemented smoothly and on schedule. This position offers you the opportunity to actively participate in the optimization of service processes and to take on a central role within the team. Hourly wage from €18.00 possible.

• Planning and coordination of services as well as their efficient implementation.
• Order processing and coordination with internal and external contact persons.
• Analysis and improvement of existing service processes.
• Preparation and management of relevant data for planning and coordination.
• Close cooperation with various departments to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Monitoring and compliance with schedules and quality standards.

What we are looking for

To work successfully in Service Coordination/Planning (m/f/d), certain skills and qualifications are required. In addition to a solid commercial background, you should also bring a good understanding of processes and data. Initiative, resilience, and strong communication skills are also an advantage.

• Completed commercial training or a successfully completed degree.
• Several years of experience in order processing or in the planning of services.
• Good understanding of data and its evaluation.
• Driver's license and own car required.
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form.
