PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Summary

The Project Engineer acts as the technical bridge between engineering design teams, management, contractors, and clients. This role focuses on executing project deliverables, maintaining quality control, and managing resources across civil, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects from inception to final handover.
• Review engineering drawings, determine project specifications, and ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Source materials, manage subcontractor performance, and allocate equipment needed for smooth project operations.
• Lead status meetings with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors while translating complex technical details for non-technical parties.
• Identify on-site bottlenecks or design discrepancies and implement timely corrective measures.
• Maintain accurate logs of project metrics, progress reports, change orders, and final handover documents.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in project engineering, construction, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, organizational talent, leadership qualities, and clear verbal and written communication.
