Sales and Marketing Representative

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers across retail, corporate, institutional, and wholesale markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and sales pitches.

• Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence through content creation and engagement.

• Create marketing content including photos, videos, product showcases, customer testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and industry shows to promote the company's products and generate leads.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business development activities.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold the brand image at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management.

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and highly aggressive in pursuing sales opportunities.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in social media marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.

• Basic graphic design and content creation skills will be an added advantage.

Added Advantage

• Experience in photography and videography.
• Ability to operate a camera and create high-quality visual content for social media marketing.

• Experience in the fashion, leather products, manufacturing, gifting, or promotional products industry.
• Possession of an existing network of corporate clients and business contacts.
