IT Project Manager M/F

In this context, we are looking for a senior IT Project Manager to lead major transformation projects for our information system, in close connection with our internal development team. Structuring projects, with high stakes for the company and at the heart of our activities.

MISSION Reporting to the IT Director of the B2C domain and based in Les Essarts (Vendée), alongside our development team, you are responsible for these projects from end to end, from scoping to stabilization after deployment:

• Build and manage the project plan (schedule, budget, resources) and lead governance: steering committees and project committees, arbitration, alerts
• Identify and manage risks: critical path, go/no-go criteria, workarounds, and rollback plans
• Work daily with the internal development team: actionable specifications, prioritization, monitoring of developments
• Unify operational teams (operations, agencies, customer service, billing): gather and challenge needs, onboard users, lead change management
• Coordinate integration and data workstreams: EDI and API flows with our clients, interfaces with other information system tools (driver mobility, route optimization, CRM)
• Organize demanding end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) with business units, in connection with our tester
• Prepare and lead deployments to our agencies, with a phase of reinforced support (hypercare)
• Regularly report progress to the IT Management and General Management

Proposed remuneration: between 45KE and 58KE

With a higher education background in computer science (Master's degree or equivalent experience), you have significant experience in IT project management (ideally 10 years or more), including complex, high-stakes projects led through to production. Ideally, you have already managed structuring projects on critical systems (ERP, WMS, TMS...), with multi-site deployment.

You possess solid skills in the following areas:

• Management of complex projects: planning, risk management, arbitration, meeting imperative deadlines
• High-stakes production deployments: data migration, go/no-go criteria, rollback plan
• Strong technical culture, ideally acquired in the field (development, integration), allowing you to work on equal footing with a development team
• Change management with operational teams, in the field
• Knowledge of transport, logistics, or e-commerce, as well as EDI flows, is a real plus

Solid, autonomous, and solution-oriented, you know how to unite various stakeholders, both technical and business, and find the way forward in the face of obstacles. Rigorous, you know how to distinguish what is critical and alert at the right time.

Professional English, both spoken and written, is indispensable. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Position based in Les Essarts (85), with occasional travel to our sites, agencies, and abroad.
