Your tasks

• Turn marketing briefs into campaign concepts, moodboards, shot lists and production plans.
• Lead campaigns end to end, from concept through pre-production, shooting and post-production to final delivery.
• Provide art direction on shoots and supervise editing, colour and sound.
• Lead and coordinate the creative team (designers, motion designers, videographers) and outside production houses.
• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar and delivery schedule.
• Review and approve all creative work for brand consistency, accuracy and quality.
• Use AI tools to speed up concepts, references and production planning.
• Manage feedback and approvals between the marketing team, management and production teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years leading creative production: campaigns, photography, video and design.
• A strong portfolio of campaigns, TVCs, photoshoots and brand identities, led from concept to final delivery.
• Experience directing shoots on set and supervising post-production (editing, colour, sound).
• Hands-on with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
• Experience using AI tools in creative and production workflows.
• Experience leading designers, photographers, videographers and editors, and managing several projects at once.
• Strong attention to brand consistency and quality control.
