Job description

Roles & responsibilities

Execute the day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of transport network infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration of systems to support mobile, fixed, and B2B services.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test transport network equipment, including RON, GPON, and DWDM systems.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal uptime.

Support capacity expansions and infrastructure upgrades.

Monitor alarms, analyze logs, and respond to incidents promptly.

Maintain accurate records of network inventory, configurations, and updates.

Assist specialists and professionals in troubleshooting escalated issues.

Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information or physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor or manager immediately.

Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group / Kuwait.
