Medical officer

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations, medical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment. Take accurate patient histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations. Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for patients. Request and interpret laboratory and diagnostic investigations where necessary. Prescribe medications and provide appropriate medical advice. Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment. Attend to emergency cases and provide prompt medical intervention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records. Participate in ward rounds and collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals. Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and professional standards. Participate in call duties and other clinical responsibilities as required. Refer patients to specialists when necessary. Contribute to quality improvement and other hospital activities.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
