Key Responsibilities Lead design and technical review of electrical distribution systems (LV/MV networks, load calculations, cable sizing, single-line and schematic diagrams)

Approve specifications and supervise installation/testing of electrical panels, DBs, and MCC (Motor Control Center) panels

Own the technical strategy for light current/ELV systems: fire alarm, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, PA, and integration with BMS

Lead BMS design, integration, and commissioning across electrical, mechanical, and fire systems for centralized building control

Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and vendor technical proposals

Lead site inspections, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and full system commissioning

Ensure full compliance with codes (IEC, NEC, NFPA, or local authority standards) and safety regulations across the project

Act as primary technical point of contact with clients, consultants, and contractors on electrical/ELV matters

Review and validate BOQs, cost estimates, and value engineering proposals for the electrical scope

Manage risk, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive resolution during construction and handover

Support tendering, proposal development, and technical clarifications during bidding stages

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

5-8 years of experience in MEP projects, with proven experience leading electrical scope on large-scale developments

Deep expertise in electrical distribution, panels, MCCs, and light current/ELV systems

Strong working knowledge of BMS platforms, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.), and system integration

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design/simulation/load calculation software

Thorough command of applicable codes and standards (IEC, NFPA, local authority requirements)

Demonstrated leadership in managing engineering teams and coordinating multidisciplinary project stakeholders

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills in English (and Arabic, if regionally relevant)
