Part-Time Sales Assistant | Sportswear & Fashion Retail | Portsmouth | £12.71 per hour | 4-Month FTC
We're recruiting Part-Time Sales Assistants to join a new sportswear and fashion pop-up store in Portsmouth. £12.71 per hour , in line with National Minimum Wage and dependent on age.

The Role
You'll be part of the team launching the new store, providing great customer service and helping to deliver strong sales. You'll be responsible for:
- Serving and supporting customers
- Driving sales and supporting store targets
- Maintaining high shop floor standards
- Replenishing stock and keeping the store organised
- Supporting deliveries and stock management
- Working as part of a busy retail team
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused
- Reliable and flexible
- Available to work weekends
- Able to increase hours during busy trading periods
- Available to start immediately
- Interested in sportswear, fashion, fitness or retail
Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential. We're more interested in your attitude, customer service skills and availability.
