An exciting opportunity to join a major international consumer products business with a portfolio of well-known, household-name brands.

We're hiring two people into the UK Sales team and are open on level depending on experience. You could be an NAE ready to step up , an established Account Manager / KAM , or a National Account Manager looking for your next challenge.

You'll take ownership of UK retail customers, building strong commercial relationships and driving growth across your accounts.

The role will include:

• Managing and developing key retail accounts
• Building account plans and identifying opportunities for growth
• Forecasting, ranging and promotional planning
• Analysing sales performance and using data to drive decisions
• Presenting to customers and managing commercial negotiations
• Working closely with Marketing, Planning, Operations and Finance

The exact account portfolio and level of responsibility will be shaped around experience, with genuine scope for both a strong step-up candidate and someone already operating at National Account level.

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical, confident with customers and a genuine team player . Experience working with major UK retailers is important, whether that has been gained within Account Management, Buying or Merchandising . Both briefs specifically allow for experience gained on either the retailer or supplier side.

You'll be joining a fast-paced, high-performing and genuinely collaborative team based in a fantastic London office (with hybrid and Flexible working). You will have the opportunity to work across an exciting portfolio of brands and make a real impact on your accounts.
