7-Eleven Store Manager

Job Summary You will deliver excellent customer service, operate cashier and payment systems, maintain store cleanliness and organization, replenish stock per planogram, and support store sales and profitability in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Operate cashier functions including processing sales, bill payments, and cash withdrawals accurately and efficiently Maximise store sales and profitability by promoting products and assisting customers effectively Maintain store cleanliness and present an organized store image at all times Replenish and arrange products following the store planogram to ensure product availability and visual appeal Adapt to shift and outlet changes to support operational needs Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned to support store operations Required competencies and certifications Must be at least 21 years old to comply with legal requirements for selling tobacco products Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working in retail stores Other Information Work schedule includes 6 days per week with availability to work weekends and public holidays
