Job Description: Design, develop, test, and document software Manage Windows, Linux, and network systems Install hardware and software, and manage licenses Provide user support, system administration, and troubleshoot issues Document all programming and system administration activities Job Requirements: Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or software development Proficiency in multiple operating systems, including Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Experience with projects using open-source technologies Strong creative problem-solving skills Good communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
