SAP Industry Solutions Consultant (M/F)

Job Objective:

In a context of migration from SAP ECC/APO to SAP S/4HANA and IBP, the SAP consultant is responsible for the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP PP, WM, and QM modules to improve operational efficiency and the quality of Groupe Rocher's industrial and logistical processes. Most of our Finance, Industrial, and Logistical processes are already on SAP.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business needs and propose suitable SAP solutions. Configure and customize SAP PP, WM, and QM modules according to specifications. Ensure support and training for end users. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the alignment of technological solutions with operational needs. Participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement projects. Document SAP processes and configurations.

Technical Skills:

Mastery of SAP PP, WM, and QM modules. Knowledge of industrial and logistical processes. Familiarity with documentation and modeling tools. Professional English.

Soft Skills:

Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively. Adaptability and open-mindedness. Ability to take initiative and solve problems.

Profile Sought:

University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP consultant, with a specialization in PP, WM, and QM modules. Strong skills in business needs analysis and project management. Knowledge of the cosmetic or pharmaceutical environment is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team and interact with various stakeholders. Proactivity, rigor, and organizational skills.
