Warehouse Operation (Pluakdaeng Rayong) - Shift Work

• Manage and oversee warehouse processes such as order picking, packing, checking, staging, and loading to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Control the daily operation plan in function of inbound and outbound processes by preparing resources to reach maximum efficiency and achieve customer requirements
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all storage locations
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy
• Identify areas for improvement in work methods, productivity, safety, and cost reduction
• Maintain quality, safety, and service standards throughout all processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management or any related field Experience for 3-5 years in Warehouse Operation from Automotive Manufacturing Experience in improvement activities such as Kaizen, KYT, QKY, 5S Knowledge in Safety Regulations Logical & analytical thinking, problem solving skill and Self-Oriented Good command of both written and spoken English Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, WMS) Experience in onsite customer, customer management will be an advantage
