Junior Commercial Analyst

Come join our Commercial team in São Paulo. This position is responsible for assisting the Sales Executive with quotations and follow-up with customers, operations, and the Pricing area.

Responsibilities and duties

• Organize information received from the Pricing area into templates to transform into commercial proposals.
• Perform daily contact with customers, shipment quotations, shipment processing with operations, shipment payments, etc.
• Provide support to the Commercial Manager and Sales Executives in quotations for customers.
• Feed and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with information about commercial activities.
• Comply with pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements and qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the commercial and/or operational/International freight Pricing area.
• Education: Completed Higher Education or currently pursuing a degree in Administration/Logistics and/or Foreign Trade.
• Languages: Intermediate English. Necessary for emails and conferences.
• Systems: Knowledge of Pacote Office and CRM. Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
