Flexible Working
We offer a flexible working environment with customizable working hours and home office options.
Location: Germany
Our office is located in one of the most beautiful regions in Europe – right on Lake Constance, with the Alps just a short hour away for hiking or skiing. In our 600 m² loft office with a cozy atmosphere, a spacious kitchen, table football, Spikeball, and a well-stocked beer fridge await you (yes, beer and coffee are on us!). Weekly team cooking sessions and regular team events bring additional variety to the daily work routine.

Technology that suits you
Whether you are Team Mac or Team Windows – we support you in finding your ideal setup. And because modern technology also means sustainable mobility for us, you can charge your e-car, e-bike, or e-scooter for free at our location in Meckenbeuren.
Diversity & Togetherness
We take care of each other and believe that a great workplace reflects the diversity of our world. We value what makes you unique – your gender, your origin, your sexuality, religion, or even your (secret) dislike of pineapple on pizza.
Sustainability & Impact
We compensate for the emissions from our rocket launches, business trips, and all other activities. Additionally, we compensate for the private emissions of all team members. You will receive one Impact Day per year, which you can use for social or ecological engagement – e.g., demonstrating for the climate or performing volunteer work.
