Maintenance Executive

Job Summary You will maintain the property infrastructure and built-in systems through preventive maintenance and hands-on repairs. You will troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, suggest practical solutions and support the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on property infrastructure and built-in systems to ensure operational reliability Diagnose electrical and plumbing issues and apply effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve them Execute hands-on repair work independently to maintain machines functionality Recommend practical solutions to address maintenance and repair challenges Collaborate with supervisors to complete ad-hoc maintenance tasks as assigned Manage work schedules flexibly, including availability to work weekends when necessary Requirements Vocational certification such as Diploma or higher Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E Engineering or construction-related work Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills Patience and persistence in troubleshooting electrical and plumbing issues Willing to work 5.5 day work week (Rotate 1 weekend standby a month)
