Barista

Your tasks

1. Take orders, provide customer service, and recommend menus and products based on customer needs.
2. Maintain the cleanliness of the Bar Station, espresso machines, grinders, and various equipment, and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace around the bar within the shop.
3. Prepare and brew coffee, matcha, and beverages according to the shop's standard recipes; assist the head barista in taking orders and serving.
4. Able to operate espresso machines, grinders, and basic equipment.
5. Able to communicate basic English with foreign customers.
6. Follow the Opening–Closing Checklist and Hygiene & Food Safety standards.

Requirements

1. Male/Female, age 20 - 40 years old.
2. Education level: Vocational Diploma (ปวส.) or higher.
3. Interested and ready to learn about Specialty Coffee and Specialty Matcha.
