🌿  Hiring Now: TCM Shop Sales Manager  🌿 👥  Role:  Full-Time TCM Shop Sales Manager Experience:  Prior experience working in a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hall or Chinese medical store is highly preferred. Knowledge of traditional Chinese herbs and prescription dispensing is an advantage. ⸻ 📍  Work Schedule & Shifts Working Hours:  Full-time retail hours (Specific roster details to be discussed during interview).

💰  Salary range:  $3,500 – $5,000/month (Commensurate with experience and qualifications) 📅  Days off:  Scheduled monthly rest days. ⸻ ✅  Job Scope & Requirements Greet customers, provide product recommendations, and manage retail sales of TCM products.

Accurately dispense traditional Chinese herbs according to TCM prescriptions.

Manage store operations, inventory, and overall customer service standards.

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive service attitude.

Working Environment Note:  Must be comfortable working around raw Chinese herbs, herbal smells, powders, and natural herbal dust.
