Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, variation orders and finalize project accounts.

Administration of tenders - prepare quotation, tender and contract documents including bill of quantities, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting.

Evaluate and negotiate tenders from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms.

Review and approve subcontractor tenders and contracts from a commercial perspective.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all client requirements are met

Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors

Taking off quantity for tender.

Assist contract managers with other duties as required from time to time.

Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence.

Efficient, good analytical skills and able to work independently.

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Possess 2-3 years of working experience in construction field

Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad.

Able to start work immediately.
